By accessing or using Wakestack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wakestack provides uptime monitoring, status page hosting, and incident management services. We monitor your websites, APIs, and services and notify you when issues are detected.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any security breach
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Monitor websites or services you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other malicious activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our monitoring service. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, customers on paid plans may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wakestack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wakestack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
